About the Role

You enjoy a fast-paced, collaborative workspace and value completing tasks accurately and on time. You excel at navigating different types of software with ease, and you’re comfortable communicating with customers via phone, text, email, and chat.

Your role will include:

  • Providing our clients with a WOW experience at every interaction.
  • Taking 30+ inbound service calls per day, addressing client questions or concerns, setting expectations, and completing follow-up tasks.
  • Identifying and filling coverage or policy gaps to ensure clients have the protection they need.
  • Generating new business from leads, referrals, and our current customer base of over 30,000 customers. 
  • Analyzing insurance coverage options and making recommendations based on client needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales or service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. College degree desired.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
