Job Summary:

As a Sr Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will utilize your expertise in insurance products and services to provide tailored solutions to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met. This role requires a dynamic, customer-focused individual with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including networking, referrals, and outbound calls.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and services, staying updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Quoting and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive insurance quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Policy Management: Assist clients with policy renewals, amendments, and claims processing.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve overall business objectives and provide seamless service to clients.
Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Licensing: Valid insurance license required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
