Insurance Sales Representative

Insurance is a product that everyone needs but not everyone understands. When people are shopping for insurance, they want a friendly, reliable, and educational experience. This is where you come in! You will be our customer’s entrance to the world of insurance and save them money in the process.

Daily Goals:

  • Generate new business from leads and referrals.
  • Receive transfers from our Customer Service and Sales Development Leads.
  • Analyze insurance coverage options and make recommendations based on client needs.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

You are motivated and have a hunter’s mentality. You do not get easily flustered. You can address objections while keeping the customers best interests at heart. Sales can be a grind and you will make a lot of phone calls, but don’t worry, we will give you all the tools you need while making it fun, achievable, and safe for you.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year Insurance Sales experience.
  • Hold a Property and Causality Insurance license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be 18+years old and eligible to work in the USA.
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Compensation: $42,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
